Recently, we hosted our very first Fall Farm-to-Table Dinner, and it was a sold-out success from start to finish. The weather was absolutely perfect — clear skies, soft light, and a gentle autumn breeze that set the tone for a truly special evening on The Farm.
Guests arrived to an afternoon of exploration, beginning with covered wagon rides that toured the property — through gardens, pastures, orchards, and lakes. Along the way, our Farm Team led a lively Q&A session on regenerative agriculture, sustainability, animal husbandry, gardening, and the lifestyle that makes The Farm so unique. We also had a few stops to explore model cabins, view animals and see our greenhouse.
As the sun began to dip low, guests gathered lakeside for fresh oysters and farm-pressed cider while our chefs prepared the first of seven incredible courses. Dinner unfolded under the stars with live music, thoughtful conversation, and dishes that showcased the best of the season’s harvest.
The evening concluded beside the fire pit overlooking the lake, where guests lingered long after sunset — sharing stories, laughter, and a deep sense of connection to the land and each other.
